“Skioufikta” handmade pasta with vegetables
Ingredients
1Kg “skioufikta” handmade tubular pasta, 100gr olive oil, 45gr red pepper, 45gr green pepper, 45gr yellow pepper, 150gr oblong cherry tomatoes, 90gr olive rings, 45gr caper, 1 pinch of salt, granulated pepper, fresh oregano, 160gr local feta cheese
Instructions
We boil the “skioufikta” in salty water. We add all the ingredients in a frying pan in the abovementioned order, to be sauteed. In the end we add the feta cheese and we make a nice sauce. We add the “skioufikta”, we mix them smoothly and then we serve. We boil the “skioufikta” in salty water and we leave them to cool. We cut all the ingredients and put them in a basin. We add the cold “skioufikta”, we mix and serve.
The “antikristo” lamb
Ingredients
1Kg “antikristo” lamb or 1 front rump, plenty of unrefined salt
Instructions
We simply season the lamp with salt and roast it.
