How to make your own flavored olive oil

Flavored olive oil is an easy and smart way to add rich flavor and taste at every meal. Ideal for salads, spaghetti and similar dishes that we want to give a ton of aromatic herbs without the use of them dried derivatives that many find annoying.

The flavoring of olive oil is a simple and easy process. All you need is a container that closing airtight, good quality olive oil and imagination in the choice of aromatics or combination thereof that you will choose.

The variety of flavoring is large. Aromatic herbs we use in cooking such as thyme, oregano, rosemary, spices and peppers, garlic and fruits like lemon or orange.

Put in the container the aromatis of your choice and fill with olive oil. Close the container and store in a cool place for 3 or more weeks, as it needs for scents to spread in the olive oil. For ideal container would be a bottle with flow cup that holds the contents and will leave only the flavored olive oil to run off.
