Adoption Terms
Yes of course, for the Standard and Premium plan, you can visit your tree at any time, for as much as you like, and this bonding with the tree, the land and the culture is the true value of the adaptation process. The tree that symbolize the wisdom, the heritage, and the eternity.
No. The adoption is purely symbolic and does not involve any legal or property rights over the olive tree. You support the cultivation of a specific or equivalent tree, but ownership remains entirely with the producer.
Symbolic adoption includes:
Annual care of the tree
Monitoring during the cultivation season
Harvesting of its olives
Production of the corresponding olive oil
Delivery of the olive oil to you based on the harvest schedule
It is a support program, not a land or asset acquisition.
Your olive oil comes from the same tree you symbolically adopt or, if seasonal conditions require, from a tree of the same variety and quality standards to ensure consistent taste and authenticity.
Deliveries depend on the natural harvest period. Typically:
November – January, depending on weather conditions, yield, and production scheduling.
Once the olive oil is ready, you will receive notification before shipment.
The adoption lasts one year.
You may choose to renew annually if you want to continue supporting the same tree or adopt a new one.
No. Shipping costs are charged separately, based on your delivery address and the weight/quantity of the products shipped.
Once your adoption is completed, you will receive a confirmation email including:

Yes. You can purchase an adoption as a gift, and we can send a personalized digital certificate to the recipient.
If the tree produces less than expected due to weather or natural conditions, you will still receive olive oil from a tree of the same variety, ensuring the promised quantity and quality remain consistent.
Yes. We may send seasonal updates, photos, or harvest news so you can follow the journey of your adopted tree.
